Pre-launch site and permitted use

The site may include pre-launch information and, when expressly enabled, product checkout. Content may change before an order is accepted. You may use the site for lawful personal purposes only. You may not interfere with the site, attempt unauthorized access, scrape or reproduce content at scale, or use it in a way that infringes another person’s rights.

Orders and preorders

An order is an offer to purchase and is accepted when we confirm it. We may reject or cancel an order for payment failure, suspected fraud, pricing or inventory error, legal restriction, or inability to fulfill; if we cancel after charging you, we will issue a refund. Full-payment preorders are charged when placed. The product page and checkout will identify the item as a preorder and state the estimated shipping window, quantity limit when applicable, and material preorder terms. We will maintain a reasonable basis for the stated shipping estimate.

You may request cancellation of an unshipped preorder by contacting info@theandrewcollective.com. If we cannot ship within the promised time, we will provide a delay notice and the choice required by applicable law: consent to the revised date or cancel for a prompt refund. We will not substitute a materially different item without your agreement. Refunds are returned to the original payment method, and product-specific return terms shown at purchase apply in addition to rights that cannot lawfully be waived.

Prices, shipping, and payment

Prices are shown in U.S. dollars unless stated otherwise. Available destinations, shipping charges, and any applicable taxes are presented at checkout. You authorize Stripe and our payment providers to process the amount shown. Estimated delivery dates are not guarantees after shipment because carrier events can be outside our control, but this does not limit rights that apply to our promised shipment date.

Returns and refunds

Our current Returns & Refunds Policy provides a 14-day request window for eligible goods, refunds to the original payment method, clearly identified final-sale and hygiene-sensitive exceptions, and coverage for defective, damaged, or incorrect items. The seller name, business address, and applicable return terms will be available on-screen before payment. Product-specific terms shown at purchase may add more favorable rights but will not reduce rights that cannot lawfully be waived.

Intellectual property

The Andrew Collective name, visual identity, text, photographs, graphics, and other site materials are owned by or licensed to The Andrew Collective and are protected by applicable intellectual-property laws. You may not copy, distribute, modify, or use them commercially without our prior written permission.

Third-party services and links

The site may link to third-party services, including Instagram. Their content and privacy practices are governed by their own terms and policies, and we are not responsible for them.

Disclaimers and limitation of liability

The site is provided on an “as is” and “as available” basis. To the fullest extent permitted by law, we disclaim warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and noninfringement. We are not liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of, or inability to use, the site. Nothing in these Terms limits liability that cannot lawfully be limited.
