Gift-card terms
The Andrew Collective gift cards do not expire and carry no service, inactivity, or dormancy fees. They may be used only for eligible merchandise sold by The Andrew Collective and are not reloadable.
Cards are not redeemable for cash except where required by law. In California, a card with a remaining cash value under $15 is redeemable in cash on request. Contact info@theandrewcollective.com for assistance.
We may replace a lost or stolen card only with reasonable proof of purchase and the card number. Promotional cards, if offered, may have separate lawful terms shown before issue. Purchase refunds return to the original payment method; merchandise returns paid with a gift card are credited back to a gift card.
